Welcome to Lumenex. By purchasing or subscribing to any recurring service, software plan, content subscription, maintenance package, or membership offered through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service, including our Subscription Terms & Billing Policy.

Lumenex offers certain products and services on a recurring subscription basis. Subscription plans may include, but are not limited to:

• Software access
• Content marketplace access
• Cloud services
• Cellular connectivity
• Maintenance or support plans
• Premium features
• Media/content subscriptions

Subscription details, pricing, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase.

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize Lumenex to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the billing interval selected during checkout (monthly, annually, or otherwise). Charges will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle
• The payment method on file will be charged without additional authorization unless required by law
• Billing dates may vary slightly due to processing times, weekends, or holidays

Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout and may include:

• Monthly recurring fees
• Annual subscription fees
• Add-on services or upgrades
• Applicable taxes and fees

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

If a payment is declined, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, Lumenex may:

• Retry the payment method on file
• Suspend access to subscription features or services
• Disable connected hardware functionality tied to the subscription
• Terminate the subscription after repeated failed attempts

You are responsible for keeping billing and payment information current and accurate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting Lumenex support. Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial-month refunds are provided
• Access to subscription features continues until the subscription term expires

If a subscription includes hardware-dependent services, certain functionality may become unavailable after cancellation.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed unless otherwise required by law. Lumenex may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in limited circumstances including:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues caused directly by Lumenex

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the applicable charge.

Lumenex reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or service offerings at any time. If pricing changes occur:

• Existing subscribers may receive advance notice when required by law
• Updated pricing may apply beginning with the next billing cycle
• Continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Securing your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Promptly notifying Lumenex of unauthorized use or suspected fraud

While Lumenex strives for uninterrupted service, subscription services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Software updates
• Network interruptions
• Third-party service outages
• Circumstances beyond our control

Lumenex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Lumenex reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions or accounts that:

• Violate our Terms of Service
• Involve fraudulent activity
• Abuse platform functionality
• Fail to maintain valid payment information

Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment processors. Lumenex does not store full credit card information on our servers unless explicitly stated. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details regarding data collection and usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumenex shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized account access
• Third-party payment processing issues

Our total liability related to subscription services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
